(2008-04-26) Fitting KW coilovers
                                  
Took some time to work out how to get the old shocks out, first time on the IS, but after that it went really well.
The KW system was way more simple to put on than the "do it yourself" D2 system I have on the Corolla. But one thing I did not like was the rear struts, it was nearly impossible to adjust the height when the shock was in place. Everything is in the way, swaybar fitting, driveshaft and the external can on the shocks
Now its time to roll the fenders a little and wheel alignment.
Cant wait to get the car out again to se how it looks outside the little garage! |
